WholeQ’s Patient Mobile App enables users to access services from partnering service providers. By using a basic account, users can efficiently locate testing locations, order lab tests, and effectively manage their test results. Additional benefits and discounts are made accessible through a QSure membership.

The current version of the app offers various features, including the ability to create and manage test orders for both the user and minor family members. Users can conveniently complete necessary paperwork in advance, locate LabQ facilities in proximity, and seamlessly check-in at these locations using a patient or order QR code. Furthermore, the app allows users to view, download, and print their lab results, sign up for a QSure membership, and schedule medical visits with QCare (available with select QSure memberships).

To get started, users simply download the app onto their phone or tablet and proceed to create an account. WholeQ securely stores essential user data such as the sex assigned at birth, date of birth, and street addresses. Users have the option to include insurance information or make payment for tests within the app using a credit card serviced by a third-party payment processor (Stripe). It is important to note that WholeQ neither receives nor stores cardholder data beyond the last four digits and expiration month/year.
